While we don’t accept exchanges or returns for non-defective products for authenticity & hygiene reasons, we do offer a 7-day return policy for mistaken items or items that arrive damaged, defective, or in poor condition.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.

  • To start a return, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp, including your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll share instructions for returning your item.

  • After we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer should be charged on returned shipping fees.
