While we don’t accept exchanges or returns for non-defective products for authenticity & hygiene reasons, we do offer a 7-day return policy for mistaken items or items that arrive damaged, defective, or in poor condition.
Return Conditions:
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and accessories included.
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected.
To start a return, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp, including your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll share instructions for returning your item.
After we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer should be charged on returned shipping fees.
